Kolkata/IBNS: The Indian Leather Products Association (ILPA) has started a vaccination camp at the ILPA Leather Goods Park in Zone 9 of the Calcutta Leather Complex, in collaboration with state government’s MSME&T and Health department, according to a release by ILPA.

The camp is catering to people working in the tanneries and export houses, starting from business owners to workers as well as their family members.

Jagdish Gulati, President, Indian Leather Products Association, said, “The situation has been very difficult for the leather industry since the pandemic began. We want to ensure that all the people in the industry, from exporters and tannery owners to their staff and family members are vaccinated.
