New York, Jan 8 (IBNS): Lithuania has joined CERN as one of its Associate Member State.
In a statement, CERN said: "Today, the Republic of Lithuania became an Associate Member State of CERN."
"This follows official notification to CERN that the Republic of Lithuania has completed its internal approval procedures as required for the entry into force of the Agreement, signed in June 2017, granting that status to the country," it said.
