Delhi Covid cases fall below 500 in last 24 hrs

Delhi/IBNS: Delhi registered 381 fresh cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, a record low in nearly three months.

The positivity rate of infection also fell to 0.5 per cent.

During the period, 34 Covid patients died, the lowest death toll in a day since April 8, after which the lives lost due to Covid-19 in the national capital stands 24,591.

A total of 76,857 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.

Delhi's recorded a recovery rate of 97.86 per cent as 1,189 patients were discharged in the same period.
