In an effort to innovate healthcare in India and make the patient journey seamless, a Gurgaon-based modern health-tech company, Pristyn Care, is bringing comfortable and highly-successful gynecological surgical procedures directly to women in need of boosting the physiological health. If we take the recent expansion of Gynaecology to Bangalore in the account, the growth of category, Aesthetic Gynecology, in Pristyn Care is being shouldered by Dr. Garima Sawhney. Though the growth has been significant, the innovation led by Pristyn Care in providing cosmetic gynecological is yet to capture unprecedented growth.

With changing consumer attitudes and behaviors toward elective surgeries, they have started to recognize the gap in mindset and are taking swift action to mitigate the same. In our interview with Dr. Garima, we found out that the headcount across the clinics in Gurgaon increased notably and a new clinic in Bangalore added healthcare professionals and several employees to double the business.

We asked Dr. Garima Sawhney in an interview about how she envisioned the future of women's healthcare in India. She specified that based on her experience as a Gynecology expert, she learned that many women have tried to know about the aesthetic gynecological procedure at some point in their lives. The saddening part about all this is that due to lack of choices, they always buried the notion of getting these procedures.

She further added that the growing demand for new and better procedures to help women celebrate life is healthier, comfortable, and more socio-friendly. She also shared that she started Aesthetic and Laser Gynecology in Pristyn Care because she genuinely care about women’s health in India and understand that providing more reliable options for women will lead to better health outcomes.

We asked how her team is targeting continual growth in the coming years. She said, “the leadership is strategically adding new healthcare partners in the distributed eco-system. We learned that a lot of women want to take aesthetic gynecology procedures however are still repressed by the disapproved viewpoint of society. Our team is trying to create awareness amongst women and making them understand the need of these procedures.”

Inspired by the slammed state of women healthcare in India, Dr. Garima Sawhney is leading a team that is leveraging intricacies of strategy, analytics, and digital insights. Moreover, she is scratching the ceiling of the tech-world to quickly develop a devoted and engaged consumer following. In recent months, the business in Delhi -NCR has grown and continues to experience exciting growth. Lastly, Dr. Garima emphasized the motto of their brain-child, Pristyn Care, is to help people get well and stay on the path of better healthcare and feel the seamless surgical experience.
