India records 45,352 new COVID-19 in past 24 hours, 366 deaths
New Delhi: India, a country which witnessed a devastating second wave of the pandemic, recorded 45,352 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Friday.
During the same period, 366 people died due to the deadly virus which is believed to have originated from China.
The death toll due to the virus now stands at 439895.
Active cases account for 1.22 percent of total cases.
India's Active caseload stands at 3,99,778.
Recovery Rate currently stands at 97.45%.
34,791 recoveries registered in the last 24 hours.
