India registers 10,929 new cases in the past 24 hours
New Delhi: India, the country which witnessed a deadly second wave of the COVID-19, registered 10,929 new cases in the past 24 hours, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Saturday.
During the same period, 392 people died due to the deadly virus.
Recovery Rate currently stands at 98.23 percent.
It is the highest figure reached since March 2020.
In the past 24 hours, 12,509 recoveries were also registered.
Active cases account for less than 1 percent of total cases and currently at 0.43 percent.
