India registers 3,993 new COVID-19 cases, 108 deaths in past 24 hours

New Delhi: India registered 3,993 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, marking decline in daily count in cases, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, 108 people died due to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.

India's active caseload currently stands at 49,948

Active cases stand at 0.12 percent.

Recovery Rate currently at 98.68 percent.

In the past 24 hours, 8,055 recoveries were also recorded.

The daily positivity rate now stands at  0.46 percent.
