CBSE to hold 2022 board exams in two terms with reduced syllabus
New Delhi/IBNS: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to hold the 2022 board exams in two terms with 50 per cent syllabus in each term.
The board has also announced a rationalizing of the syllabus for the academic session 2021-22 for Classes 10 and 12.
In an official statement available with the media, the CBSE said that the syllabus for the academic session 2021-22 will be divided into two terms following a systematic approach by looking into the interconnectivity of concepts and topics as per the advice of the subject experts.
The board decided to conduct the examinations at the end of each term on the basis of the bifurcated syllabus.
