Offline classes for students of class 10 restart in Assam after five months gap
Guwahati: After almost five months gap, the schools in Assam for the students of class 10 have reopened from Monday after almost five months gap due to COVID-19 pandemic situation.
The Assam government has allowed the schools authorities to reopen the classes for Class 10 while adhering to the COVID-19 protocols.
The authorities of the schools have reopened the schools for the students of Class by following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by the state government.
From September 6, the classes for the final year students of higher secondary, graduation and post-graduation were restarted by following COVID-19 protocols.
The real test on reopening schools has begun after restarting the classes of Class in the state.
Assam closed its schools, colleges in April this year when the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic was reported.
