Kolkata, Nov 21 (IBNS): The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat brings the world a little closer to Kolkata with a grand feast planned for Thanksgiving Day on Thursday.

Thanksgiving Day is observed in the United States on the fourth Thursday in November and is a national holiday. This is the day people offer thanks for a bountiful harvest in the preceding year.

Incidentally, the current month (Agrohayon or Aghran) by the Bengali calendar, is also earmarked for harvest festivals.

So go ahead and celebrate the occasion with family and friends at  Seasonal Tastes, the all-day dining restaurant of The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat.

Some of the highlights of the feast are ‘Pomegranate Lacquered Roasted Turkey, ‘Roast Lamb Leg with Mint Jelly’ alongside desserts such as ‘Plum Cake’ and ‘Pecan Nut Tart’.
