Don't miss the Dessert Master Class at Yauatcha Kolkata this Friday

Kolkata/IBNS: If you have been always wondering what makes the desserts from the Yauatcha, the dim sum tea house of London, now in Kolkata, so delicious and attractive, here is your chance to learn all about them.

The patisserie at Yauatcha sells an extensive array of macarons, petits gateaux, and gateaux.

The Kolkata outlet is holding a special workshop on dessert making on Friday, January 17 (4pm to 6pm) which will be guided by Patisserie Head Chef, Chef Kaushik.

Yautacha, which is inspired by Chinese heritage and Asian ingredients, is holding the workshop as part of their annual Chinese New Year festivities,

This session will take patrons through a step by step process, teaching them the different ways that the culinary chefs use while preparing these delicate, flavoursome desserts and colourful macarons.

The focus will be on the making of Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse (with a crunchy hazelnut and honeycomb ice-cream), rainbow coloured soft and flavoursome Macarons and Yauatcha’s special Honeycomb Ice Cream.

The Master class will be followed by a tasting session of the desserts.

Participants have to pay a fee of Rs 1288 plus taxes, per head.
