Celebrate Diwali, Bhai Dooj or Children’s Day in style at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata
Kolkata/IBNS: A staycation deal, a sumptuous buffet and exquisite hampers are some of the offerings from the Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata this festive season covering Diwali and Bhai Dooj.
The Diwali special staycation package (subject to terms and conditions), which may be booked till November 16 for stay between November 13 and 16, includes breakfast for two, festive buffet for lunch or dinner for two, additional 10 per cent discount for food and alcoholic beverages, early check-in and late check-out.
The package rate of Rs 4,299 plus taxes is applicable for single or double occupancy.
On November 14, the Diwali festive buffet at the hotel’s all-day diner Kava will include an array of party-favourites and quick bites.
Highlights include “Corn and Mayo Sandwich”, “Kathi Rolls”, “Kolkata Chicken Biryani”, “Vegetable Au Gratin”, to name a few.
Channelling the spirit of dual celebration, merging Diwali with Children’s Day, which falls on the same day this year, the feast will also feature kid-friendly choices such as “Mac and Cheese”, “Chicken Burger”, “Doughnut” and assorted cupcakes.
The Diwali Festive Buffet / Children’s Day Buffet is pegged at Rs 999 plus tax.
Under the Diwali with Marriott banner, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata has curated a selection of indulgent delicacies to celebrate the season with its unique offerings.
The personalized, limited-edition artisanal hampers consist of classic boxes of widely loved Diwali sweets, which can be customized to suit the customers requirements, the hotel said in a release.
Starting at Rs 850 plus taxes, the hampers are available till November 14, 2020, for pick-up from Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata while bulk orders may be delivered to the customer, the release said.
The Bhai Dooj buffet will be available on November 16 both for lunch and dinner at the Kava, with a 10 percent discount on the buffet for siblings dining together.
The menu includes “Chicken Wonton”, “Aloo Tikki Ragda Chaat”, “Hot & Sour Chicken Soup”, “Lasooni Tadka Palak with Cherry Tomato”, “Burnt Garlic Fried Rice”, “Kolkata Mutton Biryani”, Hot Chocolate Pudding”, “Sticky Rice Cake”, “Rasogulla”, “Mihi Dana”, to name a few.
The Bhai Dooj buffet is pegged at Rs 999 plus taxes.
