Speaking about The Summer Trummer, Head Chef Amlan Bose said: “The beauty of The Summer Trummer is that it glorifies everything that is summer. The entire menu has been based on tropical fruits and incorporates a large number of mocktails, cold soups and other ingredients which go with summer. Everything is light and gives people a cooling effect."

"These seasonal products that will be featured in the menu are mostly natural coolants to the body. Interestingly we have created main courses that too have been heavily supported by summer fruits,” added Chef Amlan.

A meal for two will cost Rs 1000 plus taxes.
