Kolkata, May 8 (NITN): Experience a myriad of flavours from across the nation with assortment of Biryanis and Curries, showcasing Indian cuisine at its indulgent best, at Buzz, a popular multi-cuisine restaurant at The Gateway Hotel on EM Bypass Road in Kolkata.

The festival offers some delectable variety.

From Bengali, Awadhi, to Hyderabadi, you'll definitely find the authentic flavour of your choice here.

And along with some raitas, rogni gravies and crunchy papads, it'll make for a sumptuous and delectable meal. 

And don't worry; even if you are a vegetarian, there is something for you as well.

Apart from the traditional ingredients, you will also find innovative inclusions like the Katahal (jackfruit), Phoolgobhi (Caulflower), and Chhana (Casein Cake) in the vegetarian varieties.

Lucknowi mutton biryani served with tadka pyaz, raita and Awadhi gravy

Bhatkali biryani served with Kanari gravy and thick butter milk

Kolkata mutton and egg biryani served with chaap gravy and bondi raita

Hyderabadi vegetable dum biryani served with bhurani raita and salan

Cauliflower piratel served with Malabar gravy and thick butter milk

Pathani chawal served with bhurani raita and Banarasi gravy

Green jackfruit biryani served with korma gravy and raita
