Kolkata, July 8 (IBNS): Chocolate is soon to flood JW Marriott Kolkata and the best of the chocolate delicacies is going to make its way to the popular dessert section of the all day dining den – JW Kitchen.

World Chocolate Day is round the corner and the best way to honor this day is, of course, gorging on some decadent chocolates crafted for those chocolatarians out there!

On display at the dessert station will be a carefully crafted chocolate menu by our chefs, to give a sweet end to your meal. To begin with, try out the ‘Saotome Chocolate Royal Cake’ and ‘Chocolate and Hazelnut praline Entremets’ from amongst the cakes and entremets.

Amongst the pastries, savor the ‘Passion Andalucía’, ‘Chocolate Cheese Cake’ and ‘Madagascar Chocolate Flan’. An assortment of verrines include specialties like‘Chocolate Air’and ‘Chocolate Crème Brulee’.

‘Chocolate Day’ is incomplete without a fondue! Try out the different flavors available such as ‘Cappuccino Fondue’, ‘Lemon Grass Fondue’, ‘Five Spice Fondue’and ‘Honey Fondue’. These will be served alongside Chocolate Financier& Vanilla Madeleine, Mellon, Pineapple, Mango, Banana and Dried Apricots.

Other than this, there will be a Praline table offering some tasty bars like‘Fruity Chocolate Bar’, ‘Nutty Chocolate Bar’ and ‘Praline Noisette’. Besides that taste some of our warm chocolate dishes like ‘Chocolate Moelleux

Served with Chocolate Ginger sauce’. If you are into cold desserts, skip to the ice-cream counter for the ‘Chocolate Chip’, ‘Chocolate & Mango’, ‘White Chocolate & Berry’alongside other flavors.

Celebrations don’t end here. This sweet affair will be followed by a workshop on Saturday for the little ones which will see our chefs teaching them to mould some delightful pralines.
