The food festival offers some sizzling starters and chilling refreshments. Foodies can dig into the spreads comprising Chicken Kasturi Kabab, FOI Special Paneer, Babri Aloo, Dahi Kebab, Chicken Sunehri Kabab, Sufyani Fish and Patiala Fish, followed by refreshing mocktails.

Strawberry Chamomile Martini, Green Goblin and Mickey Mouse were some of the mocktails available at the festival.

“We used to mainly serve cooperative guests and used to host parties but now we are slowly transitioning to a family restaurant. We have made several changes to  create a more ambient place,” said the owner of Kasan- Flavours of India.

“We are trying to promote this place for families and youth. We have a separate room for family gatherings which helps them to have a memorable conversation,” he added.

“We also love to explore fusion foods,” said the owner.

Kasan- Flavours of India is a restaurant cum bar on A J C Bose Road near Mullick Bazar which is open all seven days of the week. It deals with both dine-in and takeaways besides home delivery.
