Kolkata, Nov 17 (IBNS): Another feather in the cap for Junction Mall situated at Durgapur in West Bengal as it successfully hosted eastern India’s first and only fully free wireless frequency zone on Saturday.

Junction Mall management has collaborated with Jio Net to bring this service for the customers.

This is aimed at adding value to the shopping experience. Junction Mall caters to thousands of enthusiastic shoppers daily.

With seamless connectivity and superfast 4G internet customers can sit-chat-surf at the food court, check movie schedules, map their way around stores, make data calls and do much more.

This is part of Junction Mall’s contribution towards government of India’s Smart City initiative. The management at Junction Mall has embraced digitisation whole-heartedly. With more steady steps Durgapur will soon be the most technologically advanced township in the area.

A host of esteemed delegates and dignitaries will be present at the launch ceremony to announce the WiFi zone active.

The CEO of Asansol Durgapur Development Authority (ADDA), the Chairman of ADDA, the Commissioner of Police, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, the Mayor In Council (Durgapur), Mayor and the first lady of Durgapur graced the occasion.

Junction mall is one of the major projects of the Primarc Group. Primarc Group is a diversified dominant position in the retail & realty sector in Eastern India. Primarc owns and operates over 45 stores across various formats across East India.
