Kolkata, Nov 16 (IBNS): Skulpt, a popular gym in Kolkata, recently launched a new program called 'Outdoor Routine Program' for all those who love to stay fit but prefer the outdoor to the close confines of a regular gym.

According to the company, their earlier outdoor initiatives, such as Marathon Training, Trek Training, Obstacle Races and Aqua Workouts were well accepted.

Skulpt has decided to include the 'Outdoor Routine Program' as a regular weekend program with a combination of indoor and outdoor sessions for four days a month.

Indoor exercises will include Circuit Training, Metabolic Conditioning, Spinning, Functional Training and outdoor activities will have Aqua Workout, Bootcamp, Hiking Training and Fartlek.

Divya Himatsingka, Director of Skulpt said, “Skulpt is one of the very few gyms who has fused outdoor program alongside their regular in-house training. With this approach, we aim to welcome those who are not fond of the notion of working out in a confined space.  A carefully curated package, which consists of both indoor and outdoor sessions, complemented with strength training, helps in the complete development of an individual.”

With Indoor and outdoor fitness merging, mixing up both formats of workout sessions are a great way to keep exercises stimulating and enjoyable, the company said.

'Outdoor Routine Program' will be held on Saturdays, from 6.30am to 7.30am. Charges (monthly/annual) apply for members and guests.
