HY RYDERS hit the road to adventure on a weekend ride
Kolkata, Apr 14 (IBNS) This weekend 'HY RYDERS', members of DSK Hyosung's superbike club, rode to Hooghly in southern West Bengal for an action packed biking excursion. The fun filled day, saw the riders bond with the spirit of biking brotherhood, passion for freedom, self-expression and epic adventure.
The riders assembled at DSK Hyosung’s showroom – Kolkata Superbikes located on Sarat Bose Road early morning at 6:00 am and took part in the briefing session talking about the safety measures, the route and the plan for the day over steaming cups of tea.
The group then headed out on their gleaming mean machines towards the destination. At Hooghly the riders tried their hand at various activities and shared their experiences, learning and riding tips with each other.
Shivapada Ray, COO, DSK Hyosung, said: “The HY RYDERS club has been growing from strength to strength over the years across the country. Kolkata has always had a spirited youth population with discerning tastes bordering on the rebellious. We are happy to see a growing number of people in the city choosing quality over empty brand promises. They have warmed up to the idea of big-high performance superbikes, and today we have a considerable number of DSK Hyosung owners who have come together to form the city’s very own HY RYDERS club. These rides are held with an objective to inculcate the habit of safe riding, improve overall riding ability and above all foster the spirit of DSK Hyosung Hy Ryders brotherhood.”
The ride back gave the riders an insight on their skills along with giving them the opportunity to put the riding tips to practice. The day ended with the members sharing their experiences and highlights of the day and with the promise to ride down together to another exciting destination soon.
Established in 2012, DSK Motowheels, a part of the DSK Group (Diversified business group with a turnover of over Rs. 5000 crores) forayed into the growing automobile sector by entering the niche segment of powerful and aspirational bikes in association with Hyosung (Part of S&T Motors – Korea). The company assembles and markets these superbikes under the brand name of DSK Hyosung.
