Kolkata restaurant follows strict health norms for food delivery, also distributing food to people in distress
Kolkata/IBNS: One of Kolkata's popular restaurants, Aminia, known for Mughlai and Awadhi cuisines, is undertaking doorstep delivery of their popular dishes, maintaining strict food and personal hygiene measures, the company said in a recent release.
They have been undertaking serious social distancing and disinfecting measures to keep their employees as well as the customers secure, the company said, at all their nine outlets located in Golpark, Chinar Park, Behala, Barrackpur, Sodepore, Serampore, Hatibagan, and New Market.
Elaborating on the safety measures they have implemented, th company said, they are maintaining kitchen hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces every three hours; hand washing and sanitizing throughout the day; mandatory usage of mask and gloves for all staffs; temperature checks of their staff thrice a day; proper sanitization of the delivery executives before they pick up the food; temperature checks of the delivery executives; and food is sealed in tamper-proof packaging to avoid any contamination.
The restaurant Aminia has also launched new budget-friendly meals, which include Chicken Biryani meal, Egg Biryani meal, Naan Chicken meal, Polao Chicken meal, and Family Chicken meal ranging from Rs 299 to 599.

The company has also said that it is also pitching in to help those who have been forced into unexpected distress during this pandemic crisis by distributing food packets to patients' relatives who are staying in hospitals like SSKM, Sishu Hospital, RG Kar Hospital, as well as offering food to street children and in some slum areas of West Bengal.
