Looking for souvenirs on Kolkata? Go to STORY

Kolkata, Aug 24 (IBNS): Have you ever been bothered by the fact that it is very difficult to get souvenirs that celebrate Kolkata? Then worry no more as the city's leading lifestyle and bookstore, STORY, has put together an eclectic collection in their Elgin Road outlet.

 Arranged neatly under the title Kolkata Souvenir are a variety of products, which combine beauty with utility, from paintings to portraits to panoramas, picture post cards, writing pads and pen stands, etc.

Each product sports a typical aspect of Kolkata, be its iconic monuments and buildings, street scenes, daily life, etc. through the line-drawings of well known artist Samir Biswas.

The products are priced reasonably so that it reaches a large number of buyers.

"Especially when people are buying souvenirs, they often buy more than one unit, and if the price is high, it can be a deterrent," explained a store employee.

For example, landscape paintings cost between Rs 110 and Rs 130, Kolkata memorabilia writing books are priced between Rs 130 and Rs 225, paper weights cost Rs 150, etc.

Interestingly, STORY from Primarc Group, had a special corner for Kolkata-related books from the very beginning, called Calcutta Chronicles.

The souvenirs have now strengthened STORY's love for Kolkata.
