Kolkata: Footwear brand Crocs on Thursday launched its global concept store in Kolkata's Camac Street area with the aim of expanding its footprint in the Indian market.

At present Crocs has 240 stores in India and Camac Street store marks the 238th store in the country.

The store promises to provide people with a variety of collections which includes classic clogs, sandals, slides and flips.

The store also features the recently extended collection of Classic Crush Clogs and Sandals.

Actress Ishaa Saha, who was present at the launch of the store, told IBNS that her entire family uses Crocs.

"Today, we saw a variety of Crocs shoes. In our childhood days, I can still remember that Crocs was one such brand that came to our minds when we needed to step out of our house during rainy seasons. It is indeed a long-lasting and wonderful brand" she said.

"I can always say that this brand is all about comfort," she said.

Her love for shoes was clear when the actress said: "I have 32 pairs of shoes in my cupboard."
