Kolkata/IBNS: Goila Butter Chicken (GBC), an international Indian food delivery chain, has launched its new delivery outlets across Kolkata.

GBC is offering smoky curries, naan bombs, kebabs, rolls and more.

GBC offers a wide exhibit of specific Veg and Non-veg indulgences like Goila butter Paneer, Naan bombs, Dhaba Style Chilli Chicken, Handi Chicken, Fried Garlic Chicken Tikka, Dal Makhani, and much more.

It also has a range of Thalis, to provide customers with a wholesome freshly cooked meal. Consisting of the main course, with a side of Dal Makhani, Subzi, Rumali Roti, Rice, Salad, and other accompaniments.

With multiple offerings for corporate and individual clients, Goila Butter Chicken has positioned itself as the Premium North Indian/Mughlai Cuisine with a total of 60+ locations Pan-India.

GBC founder and celebrity chef Saransh Goila says, "Goila Butter Chicken is a smokier version of the classic butter chicken as we smoke the butter that we use in the recipe. It has almost 50% less cream and butter in comparison to the classic recipe which makes it stand out.

"We do not add sugar or colour – we sometimes use a touch of honey to add sweetness, and all the colour comes from the tomatoes and Kashmiri chilli powder. Moreover, we cook it down for almost three hours, which makes our recipe very rich in terms of flavour."

Chef Saransh Goila

"We use some good old tomatoes and turn them into a concentrate, which is used to make the butter chicken. This allows us to make it slightly tangy, while keeping it super fresh," Saransh added.
