Kolkata Centre for Creativity to organize workshop on Indian method of acting

Kolkata/IBNS: Kolkata Centre for Creativity, a multidisciplinary art space in collaboration with Acting Shastra will be organizing a workshop called Indian method in acting, by renowned theatre director and playwright Prasanna. This workshop is for actors who are into Theatre, Television, Cinema or any other field of acting.

The primary aim of the workshop is to help actors/performers refine their skills as well as understand individual strengths and enhance the same.

The workshop will be held from 17th August – 22nd August 2022, 9:00 am – 2:30 pm on the 4th Floor Studio Space at KCC.

This acting workshop is conceptualized to train to emerge and aspiring actors of Indian and equip the students with the required skill sets to imbibe the core strength as portrayed in Prasanna's book 'Indian Method in Acting' and utilize the same in their practice to reach even higher and perform beyond boundaries.

Participants who want to submit their entries can be Indian Artists, Actors, Art Enthusiasts, and Theatre Practitioners (above 16 years of age)
