Kolkata, May 25 (IBNS): Kolkata's first summer party, in association with Jim Beam, provided much needed respite from the soaring temperature on Sunday at a city hotel.

The crowd turned up in full force and enthusiasm to beat the heat in this poolside party that was kickstarted by the house music churned out by DJs including Kabira, Hussain, Rishi, Shabby, Aaditya, Avi and Ashish.

The highlight of the party was however, the American liquor brand Jim Beam. The guests got to enjoy this brand of bourbon whiskey along with the foot-tapping music.

Talking about the event, Ankur Bhatia, Controller Marketing Beam Suntory India spoke about the liquor brand's versatility which is most exciting.

Jim Beam is the only American whiskey that has been distilled and sold by the same family for seven generations since 1795. It is available in two variants in India- Jim Beam White Label and Jim Beam Black Label.

As the party was on full swing the DJs kept churning out popular hip-hop and electronic dance music tracks to keep the crowd in high spirits.

Many youngsters were seen making a splash at the pool and enjoying to the fullest with beverages from Jim Beam keeping them company.
