Taj InnerCircle bags honours at FlyerTalk Awards
Mumbai / Kolkata, May 19 (IBNS) : Taj InnerCircle (TIC), the guest programme of the Taj Group, bagged two key awards-the Best Rewards Program and the Outstanding Benefit Program-at the third annual FlyerTalk awards.
TIC, which was competing with all the major hotel loyalty programs, was the front-runner in the Middle East/Asia/Oceania region.
Taj InnerCircle guests are rewarded with points as well as a host of added benefits redeemable across any Taj Hotels in India and Abroad. The points are earned on eligible spends on room, food and beverage, laundry, telephone and business centre, which can subsequently be redeemed for room nights, meal experiences as well as a hand-picked selection of finest lifestyle merchandise.
Deepa Misra Harris, Sr. Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Indian Hotels Company Limited, said “We are delighted and proud to have been voted as one of the best hotel programs in 2 categories by our guests and to be benchmarked with the world’s best. This recognition from our esteemed patrons reiterates our commitment to deliver consistent value and experiences to Taj InnerCircle members.”
FlyerTalk is among the world’s largest expert travel communities with over 500,000 members globally. The FlyerTalk Awards recognise the best in airline, hotel or car rental programs that are further geographically divided to the Americas, Europe/Africa, and Middle East/Asia/Oceania regions.
