Mumbai, May 6 (IBNS): Viviana Mall, leading retail destination mall in Mumbai Metropolitan Region and kids’ entertainment channel, Cartoon Network have come together to spread awareness about fitness among kids.

To motivate kids to lead a healthy and fitter life, Cartoon Network Live at Viviana Mall planned an array of interesting activities and a fun yoga session with Mickey Mehta on Saturday.

Cartoon Network superheroes Kris, Ben10 and Johnny Bravo along with fitness guru Mickey Mehta were seen having a gala time by performing exercises with kids from Sparsh Foundation.

The ambience was more entertaining as kids were seen enjoying fun-filled activities, games and meet and greet sessions with their favorite cartoon characters.

Cartoon Network Live aims to provide an enriching as well as enjoyable experience to its young audience this summer vacation at Viviana Mall. Several popular Cartoon Network characters like We Bare Bears, Powerpuff Girls, Oggy & the Cockroaches will be visiting the mall on all weekends in May, keeping the excitement levels high among the kids.

In line with Vision Viviana, the mall has always initiated activities that helps the society at large and can raise awareness towards a social cause.

With lack of interest among kids towards their health and fitness, the initiative for increasing awareness towards fitness by Viviana Mall and Cartoon Network became an instant centre of attraction. Not only kids but parents and youngsters were thrilled to see live fitness session by Cartoon Network characters- Kris, Ben10 and Johnny Bravo at their favorite mall.

Rima Pradhan, Sr. Vice President, Marketing, Viviana Mall said, “Kids accept things which are explained using the fun and entertainment quotient. Hence, we invited Mickey Mehta and Cartoon Network characters in order to spread the awareness. We are proud to be a community centre in which activity meant for kids is enjoyed even by senior citizens, parents and youngsters. Cartoon characters generally act as role models for kids. These characters not only make kids laugh but at the same time they are fit. They send across the message to remain healthy and stay happy. We felt these characters will play a big role in spreading the fitness awareness among kids.”

“We also invited kids from Sparsh Foundation to give them a fun filled experience at our mall and get close and personal with their favorite cartoon characters,” she added further.

The mall witnessed tremendous response from visitors supporting the campaign for fitness. The idea to connect fitness with fun for kids has found appreciation from Viviana Mall’s ardent customers belonging to all age groups.
