The third day of the second and final leg of Parliament's Budget session is also expected to witness a faceoff between the government and the Congress-led Opposition. In the last two days, there was hardly any business as both the Houses- Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha- were adjourned amid the ruckus created by the Opposition over the deadly Delhi violence.
