New Delhi/IBNS: A Delhi court has granted bail to former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, his sons, top Rashtriya Janata Dal leaders Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav in a land-for-jobs scam, media reports said.

The Rouse Avenue Court granted bail on bonds of Rs. 1 lakh each.

The court has asked all the three accused to surrender their passports.

The court had earlier issued summons to the three accused after taking cognisance of the supplementary charge sheet.

In pursuance to summons, the three had appeared before the court.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had filed the case on the basis of the First Information Report lodged by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

The ED filed the final report before the court on August 6.

The next hearing on the case is on October 25.
