Army jawan and police officer injured in militant attack in Kashmir
Srinagar, Jul 9 (IBNS) An army jawan and a police officer were injured in two separate terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir since Wednesday.
Reports said both the incidents took place in Shopian district.
In the first incident militants opened fire on security forces in the Imamsahib area on Wednesday evening in which an army jawan was injured.
The militants fired on a police party on Tursday morning resulting in the injury to a police officer, who was immediately rushed to hospital.
The terrorists managed to escape.
