New diesel vehicles will not be registered in Delhi: NGT
New Delhi, Dec 11 (IBNS): In a bid to reduce air pollution trouble in New Delhi, the National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Friday said no diesel car will be registered in the national capital.
It said that registration of vehicles, which are more than 10-year-old , will not be renewed.
It also asked the Centre and the Delhi government not to buy diesel vehicles for its departments.
