Man wanted in Rs. 1.8 crore heist arrested in Delhi

New Delhi, Jan 25 (IBNS) In a major breakthrough, a man wanted in Rs 1.8 crore heist and other two robberies was arrested by the police on Monday, reports said.

The suspect, Ankit, was arrested after his car was intercepted by Kavinagar police near the Govindpuram chowki when he was travelling from Uttarakhand to Delhi with another person.

When he was stopped at the checkpoint, Ankit fired at the policemen. After a brief chase, police nabbed him.
