New Delhi, Jan 28 (IBNS) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy has written to Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung seeking sanction to prosecute Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, reports said.

Swamy has alleged that during Aam Aadmi Party's 49-day governemnt in Delhi, Kejriwal and Sisodia had illegally favoured a company named SKN Associates.

Four subsidiary companies of SKN associates had paid Rs 2 crore to Aam Aadmi Party. The letter alleges that the company is a VAT defaulter and also has several contracts including supplying contracts for electrical, air-conditioning, LPG and CNG materials with the Delhi Government for a long time.

Swamy in his letter said  that SKN Associates Limited's four subsidiary companies - Goldmine Buildcon Private Limited, Skyline Metals & Alloy Private Limited, Infolance Software Solutions Limited, Sunvision Agencies Private Limited paid Rs 50 lakh each to AAP on the same day, April 5, 2014.

"Interestingly all these non-operative companies with no notable turnovers or profits paid in total Rs 2 crore at the same time (that too at midnight) to Aam Admi Party, a political party totally under the control of Kejriwal and Sisodia," he said. .
