New Delhi, Feb 19 (IBNS): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over the 'anti-India slogans' row and said being opposed to the ruling party and the RSS is the 'biggest crime now'.

"Centre's new IPC- it's not a crime to murder, rape or beat anyone if u r from BJP. Being opposed to BJP n RSS is biggest crime now(1/2)," Kejriwal tweeted.

"Centre's new IPC- rape, murder or beat anyone. When questioned, just say that victim was shouting anti-India slogans, u will be let off(2/2)," he said.

The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU)  is currently facing protests and counter protests with the police cracking down on students over the anti-India slogans raised earlier to mark the death anniversary of Parliament Attack convict Afzal Guru on its campus in the national capital.

The Supreme Court is all set to hear the bail plea of arrested Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) student leader Kanhaiya Kumar on Friday.

Kumar moved the apex court for bail on Thursday.

The Delhi court on Wednesday sent Kumar to judicial custody till Mar 2.

He was arrested on sedition charges.
