Rahul Gandhi remembers Jawaharlal Nehru on death anniversary
New Delhi, May 27 (IBNS) Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Friday, paid tribute to India's first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, on the latter's death anniversary.
"Remembering Nehruji today on his death anniversary," a tweet from the Office of RG read.
"Nehruji's thoughts,his vision &the values he sought to uphold in his own political life&that of the nation will continue to guide&inspire us," he added.
Nehru, the longest serving Prime Minister of India, was the great grandfather of Rahul Gandhi.
