Eight school children killed in Karnataka road accident

Bengaluru, June 21 (IBNS) Eight school children were killed and 11 injured when the van they were travelling in collided with a bus in Karnataka on Tuesday, reports said.

The tragic incident took place when the children were on their way to their school at Kundapur, about 400 km off Bangalore.

All the eight children died on the spot. One of the 11 injured is stated to be in a critical state.
