Eight killed in Uttarakhand as vehicle falls into gorge
Dehradun, June 25 (IBNS) : Eight people, including four women, were killed when a vehicle carrying them fell into a gorge in Uttarakhand's Tehri district on Friday, reports said.
The accident occurred at Akhori village 30 km from Ghansali when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle was also among the dead. Seven other passengers were injured, one of them critically. All of them have been admitted to hospital.
The exact reason of the accident is being ascertained.
