My family members are afraid of going out, says Infosys techie's father

Chennai, June 28 (IBNS) The father of a woman Infosys employee, who was killed by an attacker at a railway station in Chennai last week, said their family members are afraid going out of the house since the incident took place.

Talking to India Today, Santhana Gopala Krishnan said, "It is an unbearable loss for my family. Now, my family members are afraid of going out."

He said if the passengers had showed some amount of courage and retaliated then the attacker would have been caught.

He told the channel: "Had the commuters present at the railway station showed some courage and retaliated, the culprit could have been caught."

S Swathi was killed in the station on June 24.

The person, who killed the techie, has not been caught so far.
