President of India’s message on the eve of National Day of Congo
New Delhi, Jun 29 (IBNS): President of India Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of the Democratic Republic of Congo on the eve of their National Day (June 30, 2016).
In a message to President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Joseph Kabila Kabange, the Indian President has said, “On behalf of the Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, I have the pleasure to convey warm greetings and felicitations to you and to the friendly people of the Democratic Republic of Congo on the occasion of your National Day.
Our engagement has expanded steadily in recent years, particularly in the areas of trade and development cooperation. I am confident that our close and friendly relations will continue to strengthen in the years ahead.
Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your good health and well-being and for the progress and prosperity of the people of the Democratic Republic of Congo”.
