Two IED's recovered from Dhubri district in Assam
Guwahati, Aug 5 (IBNS): After deadly rebel attack in Assam's Kokrajhar district, security forces recovered two powerful IED's from a remote village in Dhubri district on Friday evening, officials said.
Following a tip-off, security personnel recovered two IED’s near a road culvert at Bhati Petela village under Tamarhat police station in the bordering district with Bangladesh.
“The IED’s were hid in a polythene bag,” a police official said.
Later army bomb squad team defused the IED’s.
