New Delhi, Sep 3 (IBNS): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, on Saturday, chaired a meeting of an all-party delegation that will be visiting Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, according to media reports.

At the meeting, the Congress party said that pellet guns have done a lot of damage and needs to be replaced.

The Left Front not only wanted a ban on the pellet guns but also said that the Hurriyat Conference must also be invited to talk to the central team, media reported.

The 30-member all party delegation is expected to meet Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and representatives of all political parties in the state.

Union Minister Rajnath Singh has said that all views will be taken into consideration and the delegation will meet in Delhi following the visit to Kashmir.

Kashmir has been in turmoil ever since the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani on July 8.
