Patna, Sept 15 (The Bihar Post/IBNS): Bihar deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav has hit out at the media for the alleged "biased reporting" and "targeting regional parties", apparently irked at the alleged distortion of facts by a section of media.

Tejashwi is son of RJD president Lalu Prasad.

“A section of media has been presenting facts with different angles. While on the one hand, they ignore the photographs of Prime Minister with controversial persons like Tinu Jain, Asaram and Nityanand, on the other they blow up a particular image (in oblique reference to his brother Tej Pratap picture with an alleged shooter),” Tejashwi said both in his Facebook and Twitter posts on Thursday.

He also uploaded photographs of senior BJP leaders with controversial persons on his social sites.

Taking potshot at the undue media coverage of a photograph showing his brother with an alleged shooter, he asked, “Image, if a media personnel interviewing or seen wiv me tdy, kills smone after 3 mnths, Does it mean I patronize him cuz he was seen with me (sic)?”

He also criticized a section of media for targeting “regional parties”.

“Why BJP funded media targeting all regional parties? RJD, AAP, JDU etc…think, because they make then BJP lick dust in the elections," he tweeted.

RJD chief Prasad too joined his son launching attacks on the “biased media”.

“BJP funded media sycophants so interested in affairs of non-BJP ruled states. They are openly challenging and questioning court. Strange…Isn’t it?” tweeted Prasad.
