Afghanistan President wishes Narendra Modi on his birthday

Kabul/New Delhi, Sept 17 (IBNS): Afghanistan president Ashraf Ghani on Saturday wished Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday.

Wishing the Indian PM, Ghani tweeted: "Happy birthday @narendramodi! Warmest and heartfelt wishes from a proud friend and a grateful nation. - AG."

Modi thanked him for the wishes and said: "Thank you. Humbled by the kind words."

Modi turned 66 on Saturday.
