Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani wishes PM Modi on Diwali

New Delhi/Kabul, Oct 30 (IBNS): Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani wished Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and greeted him on Diwali.

"I would like to wish a very happy #Diwali to PM @narendramodi, the people of India and everyone else who celebrate it," Ghani tweeted.

Modi thanked him for wishing and wrote: "Thank you very much for the kind wishes, President Ghani."

Hindus across the globe are celebrating Diwali on Sunday.
