Water that belongs to India cannot be allowed to go to Pakistan: Modi
Bhatinda, Nov 25 (IBNS): Referring to the Indus Water Treaty, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said water that belongs to India cannot be allowed to go to Pakistan.
"The fields of our farmers must have adequate water. Water that belongs to India cannot be allowed to go to Pakistan," Modi said.
He said: "Government will do everything to give enough water to our farmers."
He said people of Pakistan should tell their leaders to fight against troubles like corruption and fake notes.
