Punjab Assembly polls: AAP fields Jarnail Singh against Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal

Lambi, Dec 28 (IBNS): The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday fielded Jarnail Singh against Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal in the upcoming assmebly polls in the state.

Jarnail Singh will contest against Prakash Singh Badal in the Lambi constituency.

Delhi Chief Minister and party supremo Arvind Kejriwal made the announcemnt while addressing a rally here.

Lambi assumes sigificance as it is the constituency of the Badal.

"@ArvindKejriwal announces- Jarnail Singh will fight elections against CM Badal from Lambi," the AAP tweeted.

Questioning the selection of the candidate, Congress leader Capt.Amarinder Singh tweeted: "Jarnail’s nomination bid from Lambi shows AAP-SAD collusion to ensure Badal’s victory. Reeks of an underhand deal!"

Kejriwal answered him back and said: "Sir, r u fighting against Prakash Badal ji or sukhbir Badal or Majithia or safe seat?"
