Bihar: Boat capsizes in River Ganga, 17 killed

Patna, Jan 14 (IBNS): A boat ferrying 40 people capsized in River Ganga in Patna city of Bihar which left at least 17 people killed, media reports said.

Search is currently going on to rescue those missing.

Few of the rescued people are currently admitted in Patna Medical College and Hospital.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has expressed his sadness over the loss of lives in the mishap.

He has ordered a probe into the incident.
