3.6 earthquake hits Karachi

Karachi, Jan 17 (IBNS): An earthquake hit Pakistan's Karachi city on Tuesday, officials said.

The intensity of the quake was 3.6 on the Richter Scale, as per the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) website.

The epicentre of the quake was located at latitude 24.91 degrees north and longtitude 67.07 degrees east.

The quake hit at 5:43 hours.

No casualty has been reported so far.
