Arvind Kejriwal's borther-in-law faces corruption charges
The Inquiry will be carried out on the basis of a complaint by an anti-corruption NGO.
Surender Kumar Bansal, who has a construction business, has been accused of submitting fake bills and invoices to the Public Works Department (PWD) for the contract he received for construction of a drain.
The NGO Roads Anti-Corruption Organisation has alleged that he was helped by Kejriwal.
The NGO went to a court with its allegations on Saturday and the complaint was forwarded to the police.
