Demonetisation: TMC to protest move, not attend budget sessions
New Delhi/Kolkata, Jan 30 (IBNS): Protesting government's demonetisation move and the arrest of TMC MP's, the party said on Monday that it will not attend the first two days of the upcoming budget session.
In an official statement, the party accused the central government of imposing demonetisation without taking in the Parliament's confidence.
It also slammed the BJP for using CBI against the former, terming it as a 'political vendetta'.
The party has also said that while in Parliament, it will raise the aforementioned issues.
